How will the transaction appear on my credit card statement?

Your credit card statement will display “RIBYT, LLC.”

When should I expect to see the charge on my credit card statement?

We will charge your credit card on the same day as you originally subscribed to the plan. For example, if you subscribed to a monthly plan on October 14, then we will charge on the 14th of each month in advance. If the date does not occur every billing cycle (e.g., you subscribed on the 31st, but the next month only has 30 days), then we will simply charge on the last day of the month.

What is the cancellation policy?

To cancel your Ribyt subscription, click the “Cancel Subscription” link in the Account Billing page. After you cancel your account, you will not be charged a Monthly Subscription fee for the next month. You will still be charged for all “RSVP Yes” fees and “Signed Documents” fees up to the point of cancellation. After you cancel your account, your account will be suspended. You will still be able to access account information, however, you will not be able to send invites or create new events. All RSVP links will expire. You will be able to reactivate your account by clicking the “Reactivate Account” link in the Account Billing page.

No refunds or credits will be issued for partial periods of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for periods unused with an active subscription, including, but not limited to, instances involving the removal of a Subscriber.

Is there a charge for canceling a subscription?

There are no charges for canceling a subscription.

What form of payments do you accept?

For an online subscription, we accept all major Credit Cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.

For Enterprise clients, please contact billing@ribyt.com to review payment methods.

Am I charged when I enter a credit card?

Yes, you will be charged a Monthly Subscriber fee when you enter your credit card information.

*If you select a plan with a 30-day free trial, you WILL NOT be charged until 30 days after entering your credit card information.

How do I update my credit card information?

You will be able to update your credit card information within the Account Billing page of Ribyt.

  1. Select your Username in the top right hand corner of the Ribyt interface
  2. Select “Account Billing”
  3. Under “Account Billing Information” click the “Update Billing Information” button

Here, you will be able to enter new or updated billing information.

My credit card expired or was declined and the payment failed. How do I prevent my account from being suspended?

If your credit card was expired or declined, you will receive an email notification from Ribyt Support.

You will be able to update your credit card information within the Account Billing page of Ribyt.

How can I estimate my monthly bill?

Ribyt will charge users for a Monthly Subscription Fee, “RSVP Yes” fee, and “Signed Documents” Fee.

To view a current service usage, visit the Account Billing page. In the “Upcoming Invoice Details” section, you will be able to see the breakdown of each item (Monthly Subscription Fee, RSVP Yes fee, and Signed Documents Fee) as well as the total amount due for that invoice.

How do I view an invoice?

To view a current/ upcoming invoice, visit the Account Billing page. In the “Upcoming Invoice Details” section, you will be able to see the breakdown of each item (Monthly Subscription Fee, RSVP Yes fee, and Signed Documents Fee) as well as the total amount due for that invoice.

To view past invoices, view the “Invoice History” section. Here, you will be able to view details for all past invoices by clicking the “Details” link associated with each invoice.

Invoice Receipts will be emailed monthly (on the same day as you originally subscribed to the plan).

How do I view current service usage?

How do I change my billing address?

You will be able to update your billing address within the Account Billing page of Ribyt.

  3. Under “Account Billing Information” click the “Update Billing Information” button

Here, you will be able to enter new or updated billing information. When entering a new billing address, you will have to reconfirm your credit card information, however, no charges will be process at time of confirmation.

I don’t agree with my bill. How can I dispute a charge?
